This sub-module enables you to manage you customers. You can send messages to you customers, sell to them and carry out a variety of activities with your customers on this sub-module. ;
Customer category: Every customer should belong to a category, this would help you find you customers easily and will also help you organize your customers better. The following steps apply to creating a customer category;
- Logon to www.swift.ng.
- Click on 'Customers'.
- Click on 'Categories'.
- Click on 'Create New'.
- Enter the name of the category and click ' Create'.
Customers:After creating the customer category you can now create your customer. The following steps apply to creating a customer.
- Logon to www.swift.ng
- Click on 'Inventory'.
- Click on 'Customers'
- Click on 'Create New'.
- Fill all fields and click 'Create'.
Note: Only enable in online store if you have subscribed to the online store.
Edit Customer: This action allows you to make changes to a customer you have already created. The following rules apply to editing a customer;
- Logon to www.swift.ng.
- Click on 'Customers'.
- Search for the customer and click on the name of the customer.
- Click on 'Edit'.
- Make the desired changes and click 'Save'.
Sell to a Customer: To sell a customer you can either use the 'New Sale[Date]' or 'New Sale' option.
The 'New Sale[Date]'option allows you to enter the date which the sale was made. It can be used when sales were made on a previous date. The following steps apply to selling to a customer;
- Logon to www.swift.ng
- Click on 'Inventory'.
- Click on 'Customers'.
- Search for the customer in the search box and then click on the customer name.
- Click on 'New Sale'.
- Select the items you want to sell by clicking 'add to cart'.
- Click on 'Cart' at the top right corner of the page.
- Fill all fields as explained in the 'Sell' sub-module.
- Click on 'ok'.
Product Return: This action is applicable in a situation where a customer returns all or some of the items he/she has already bought. The following steps apply to carrying out product return;
- Logon to www.swift.ng.
- Click on 'Inventory'.
- Click on 'Customers'.
- Search for the customer in the search box and the click on the customer name.
- Click on 'Product Returns'.
- Click on 'Create New'.
- Fill all fields appropriately and click on 'Create'.
Payments: This action allows a customer to pay for his or her credit balance. The following steps apply to creating a new payment;
- Logon to www.swift.ng.
- Click on 'Inventory'.
- Click on 'Customers'.
- Search for the customer in the search box and the click on the customer name.
- Click on 'Payments'.
- Click on 'Create New'.
- Fill all fields appropriately and Click 'Create'.
Cash Refund: This action allows you to return cash to a customer who has returned an item already bought.
- Logon to www.swift.ng.
- Click on 'Inventory'.
- Click on 'Customers'.
- Search for the customer in the search box and the click on the customer name.
- Click on 'Cash Return'.
- Click on 'Create New'.
- Fill all fields appropriately and Click 'Create'.
Create Call Memo: A call memo enables you to keeps record of your interaction with yo customers so that each point you refer to it you can know the state of your relationship with your customer. The following steps apply to creating a customer call memo;
- Logon to www.swift.ng.
- Click on 'Inventory'.
- Click on 'Customers'.
- Search for the customer in the search box and the click on the customer name.
- Click on 'Call New Memo '.
- Click on 'Create New'.
- Fill all fields appropriately and Click 'Create'.
Message: This action allows you to send a message or messages to a customer. The following steps apply to sending a message or messages to a customer;
- Logon to www.swift.ng.
- Click on 'Inventory'.
- Click on 'Customers'.
- Search for the customer in the search box and the click on the customer name.
- Click on 'Messages'.
- Click on 'Create New'.
- Type the message and click 'send'.
