The Nurse module is composed sub-modules which include New Consultation, Treatment and Delivery.
Consultations:
This sub-module allows nurses to keep record of all consultations, administer prescriptions, to check if patients have paid their fees, view details of any surgical operation that had been performed on the patient before.
Add Consultation Record:
The following steps apply to creating a new consultation record;
- Logon to jasmine.sysmaxng.com.
- Click on 'Nurses'.
- Search the patient either by hospital number or Name
- Click on 'Detail'.
- Go to Nurses Chart'.
- Fill all fields appropriately and click 'Add Record'.
