THRIFT APPLICATION TRAINING SESSION

Session 3 - Customers

Customers here refer to all registered members of your thrift association. All relevant information about your members are recorded here.

Add New Member:

This feature allows you to add a new member to your thrift association. The following steps apply to adding a new member;

  1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
  2. Click on 'Customers'
  3. Click on 'Add New Member'
  4. Fill all fields and upload passport.
  5. Click on 'Submit'

New Savings:

 This allows you to record any amount a member wishes to save against his/her record. The following steps apply to adding a new saving to a customer;

  1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
  2. Click on 'Customers'.
  3. Search for the customer and click on his or her name.
  4. Scroll to the Savings section and click 'New Savings'.
  5. Enter the date and the amount.
  6. Click on 'Save'.

Edit Savings:

 This action allows you to make changes to a savings record that has already been created. The following steps apply to editing a savings record;

  1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
  2. Click on 'Customers'.
  3. Search for the customer and click on his or her name.
  4. Scroll to the Savings section and click 'Edit'.

New Withdrawal:

This allows you to save the record for every customer withdrawal. The following steps apply to creating a new withdrawal;

  1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
  2. Click on 'Customers'.
  3. Search for the customer and click on his or her name.
  4. Scroll to the 'Withdrawal' section and click on 'New Withdrawals'.
  5. Enter the amount and the date.
  6. Click 'Withdraw' to confirm withdrawal.

New Loan Application:

This action allows a customer to apply for a loan. The following steps apply to creating a new loan application;

  1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
  2. Click on 'Customers'.
  3. Search for the customer and click on his or her name.
  4. Scroll to the 'Loan Application' section and click on 'New Application'.
  5. Enter the amount and the date.
  6. Enter the loan type, application date and amount requested.
  7. Click on 'Create'.

Loan Approval:

  This allows you to approve a loan application for a customer or member of your association. The followings steps apply to loan approval.

  1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
  2. Click on 'Customers'.
  3. Search for the customer and click on his or her name.
  4. Scroll to the 'Loan Application' section and click on 'Approve' against the loan you want to approve.
  5. Click on 'Approval'.
  6. Fill all fields appropriately and click 'Approve'.

Edit Loan Application:

This allows you to make changes to a loan application that has already been created. The following steps apply to editing a loan application;

  1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
  2. Click on 'Customers'.
  3. Search for the customer and click on his or her name.
  4. Scroll to the 'Loan Application' section and click on 'Edit' against the loan you want to edit.
  5. Make the desired changes and click 'Save'.

Delete Loan Application:

This action allows you to delete a loan applied for. The following steps apply to deleting a loan application;

  1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
  2. Click on 'Customers'.
  3. Search for the customer and click on his or her name.
  4. Scroll to the 'Loan Application' section and click on 'Delete' against the loan you want to delete.
