The accommodation module is used for hotel management. It allows you to add rooms, assign facilities to the rooms, reserve accommodation and many more.

Room Setup: This allows you to create rooms by their categories. The following steps apply to setting up a room;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Setup Rooms'.
5. Click on 'Create New'.
6. Fill all fields and click on 'Create'.

Edit Room Category:

this enables you to edit and make changes to existing room categories.

The following steps applies to editing room categories;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Setup Rooms'.
5. Click on the edit by the category you wish to make changes on.
6. Fill all fields and click on save.

Delete Room Category:

this enables you to delete room category.

The following steps applies to deleting room category;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Setup Rooms'.
5. Click on the Delete by the category you wish to Delete.
6. Click on Delete Again.
   

Add Room:

this enables you to add rooms to Rooms categories that has been created in the system.

The following steps applies to adding of rooms to rooms categories;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Setup Rooms'.
5. Click on 'room category'.
6. Click on  'Add rooms'.
7. Fill all fields and click on "Create".
   

Edit Room

This enables you to edit and make changes to existing room

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Setup Rooms'.
5. Click on room category
   
6. Click on Edit by the room you wish to edit.
7. Fill in all the fields and click on save.

Delete Room

This enables you to delete room.

The following steps applies to deleting room;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Setup Rooms'.
5. Click on room category
   
6. Click on Delete by the room you wish to Delete.
7. Click on Delete Again.

Add Facilities:

This enables you to add facilities to Rooms Created.

The following Steps applies to adding of room Facilities;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Setup Rooms'.
5. Click on 'room category'.
6. Click on 'Facilities'
7. Select facility and click on add.

Discount Setup

This enables you to setup discount for rooms

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Discount Setup'
5. Click on 'Create New'
6. Fill in all fields
   
7. Click on 'Create'.

Edit Room Discount

This enables you to edit and make changes to existing Room Discount

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Discount Setup'
5. Click on 'Edit'
6. Make the necessary changes and click on 'Save'.

Delete Room Discount

This enables you to delete existing Room Discount

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'Special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Accommodation'.
4. Click on 'Discount Setup'
5. Click on 'Delete'
6. Click on delete to confirm
