This module is used by estate managers to help them keep track of their landed properties. You will be able to know the properties you have, those that are rented out, those available for rent and many more.

Property Category: To create a property you must first create the category of the property. The following steps apply to creating a property category;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Properties'.
4. Click on 'Property Category'.
5. Click on 'Create New'.
6. Enter the name of the category and click 'Create'.

Edit Property Category: This allows you to make changes to a property you have already created. The following steps apply to editing a category;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Properties'.
4. Click on 'Property Category'.
5. Search for the category you want to edit.
6. Click on 'Edit'.
7. Make the desired changes and click 'Save'.

Delete Property Category: This allows you to delete a property category you have already created. The following steps apply to deleting a property category;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Properties'.
4. Click on 'Property Category'.
5. Search for the category you want to delete and click on 'Delete'.
6. Confirm action by clicking 'Ok'.
   

Create Property: After creating the category you can now create the property. The following steps apply to creating a property;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Properties'.
4. Click on 'Create New'.
5. Fill all fields and click 'Create'.
   

Edit Property : This allows you to make changes to a property you have already created. The following steps apply to editing a property ;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Properties'.
4. Search for the property you want to edit.
5. Click on 'Edit'.
6. Make the desired changes and click 'Save'.

Delete Property : This allows you to delete a property you have already created. The following steps apply to deleting a property;

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Properties'.
4. Search for the property you want to delete and click on 'Delete'.
5. Confirm action by clicking 'Ok'.

New Rent: This allows you to make payment

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Properties'.
4. Click on the 'Property'.
5. Click on 'New Rent'.
6. Select the customer's name, type in the Period, select the starting date and the current date
7. Click on 'Create'.

Delete Rent: This allows you to delete payment made

1. Logon to www.swift.ng.
2. Click on 'special Modules'.
3. Click on 'Properties'.
4. Click on the 'Property'.
5. Click on 'Delete'
6. Click on 'Delete' again to confirm action
