The accounting module helps you track your cash flow. It cover income, expenses and several other accounting tools.
Account summary: The Accounting module helps you to check your account summary via the account summary sub-module. You can check your daily, monthly as well as yearly summary. The following steps apply to checking your account summary;
Chart of Accounts:
This sub- module enables you to set up your sales account using the following steps:
1. Log on to www.swift.ng
2. Click on Accounting module
3. Select Chart of Account sub module
4. Select the Account
5. Select the branch and click on Add.
Income: This sub-module enables you to enter all you company/business income. The following steps apply to creating Income;
Expenses:This sub-module enables you to enter all you company/business expenses. The following steps apply to creating expense;
View Purchase Orders: The following steps apply to viewing purchase orders;
Note: The 'S' and 'P' at the end of the purchase order row simply means supplied and paid respectively.
when the 'S' is coloured red it means the items on the invoice have not yet been supplied, when it is coloured green it means the items have been supplied. This same rule applies for the letter 'P'.
