Session 5 - HR
The HR module is the staff/team management module. It allows you to keep record of your staff information, set task for your staff as well KPIs. Satff payroll and Pension plan is also included in this module.
Dashboard: The HR dashboard allows you to view at a glance the number of your company's team members, your Departments, Your KPIs and several others. The following steps apply to viewing the HR dashboards;
- Logon to www.swift.ng.
- Click on 'HR'.
- Click on 'Dashboard'. You can now view your Dashboard.
